DEAR VENDORS  

We are happy to announce that we are now accepting applications for vendors for the 2026 Fayette Festival of the Arts on Saturday, August 1st, 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic vendors with unique products and information to bring into our community as we celebrate the joys of small-town living.  

The Festival includes live music on the bandstand, the 25TH Annual Fayette Art Show at the Ashby/Hodge Gallery in Classic Hall on the CMU Campus, the Mary Jarboe Memorial Cake Show and auction, the 4th Annual Classic Car Show, The Kids Korner, a  Quilt Show in Linn Memorial UMC and much more.  

The Fayette Festival of the Arts is centered around the town square and its most recognizable historic landmark, the Howard County Courthouse, which is beautifully landscaped with well-kept green lawns, shade trees, benches, walkways, and a quaint bandstand from which the sound of the brass and woodwinds of the Columbia Community Band can be heard during every year of the festival. The whole community and neighboring communities turn out every year to make this festival a very picturesque slice of rural, down-home Americana.
