Peacemakers Quilt Show Entry Information
9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 31, 2021, Paul H. Linn Memorial United Methodist Church, Fayette, Missouri

Anyone is eligible to display quilts in this show. Quilts may have been displayed in previous Peacemaker Quilt Shows and/or other shows. You may display a quilt that you did not make.  Many quilts in past shows are family heirlooms.  Others were made as gifts or purchased at estate sales. There is NO entry fee.

Important Dates and Times

Quilts should be delivered to the Linn Memorial United Methodist Church library between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, July 30 and may be picked up in the sanctuary between 4 and 6 p.m. on July 31 following the show.  Note: You will need to wear a mask when delivering your quilt and will be expected to stay socially distanced.  It may take longer than usual to pick up quilts following the show due to COVID-19 precautions.  If these times are not convenient, please contact Connie Shay at 660-248-2011 or Linda Lembke at 660-728-2915 to make different arrangements.

Entry forms are due no later than Monday, July 20, 2021.

You have two options for submitting entry information for the show. 1)   Use entry form below, adding more pages as necessary. (Pdf version is available by clicking here.) Mail entry form to Linda Lembke, 317 Meadow Lake Lane, Fayette, MO 65248 OR  2) List the requested information for each quilt in an email and send to Linda at mathedperson@yahoo.com.  If you use email, be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address in your email.  Many of you have completed quilts during the pandemic.  Please mention if your quilt is a “COVID” quilt.
